The Evil Chemist 2
“She will not escape me this time…” hissed the chemist. “Nobody escapes the evil chemist…”
It was an ordinary day, and Camilla was trotting along on her way to school, when she spotted her friend, Michael (A boy who claimed he got abducted by a alien spacecraft last month).
“Hi Michael!” said Camilla cheerfully.
“Hello Camilla!” replied Michael, walking over to her. “Did you know we have a new form teacher? His name is Mr. Stone.”
“Cool! Let’s go and meet him!”
As they walked over to 4S, they spotted Mr. Stone
“Come in…come in…” spat Mr. Stone, in a menacing kind of way.
His arm jerked forwards, like he wanted to get her, but he pulled it back quickly. Camilla shivered. There was something familiar about him - the cold, unwelcoming eyes, the sudden and jerky movement, it all somehow linked together.
“You’re first lesson is with me, children.” snarled Mr. Stone. “Lucky you.”
Slamming the door shut, Mr. Stone began to talk. After a few minutes, he glanced around. Suddenly, his hand shot into his pocket, and he threw some kind of dust over them. Just before she fell unconcious, Camilla managed to scribble one word on to her science book, then she fell asleep.
Rubbing her eyes, Camilla sat up. What had happened? Where was she? Wait…was she at…school? Why did she go to sleep at school? Suddenly, she noticed a word on her science book: DUST. Dust? What did DUST mean? She searched her brain hard. Dust…dust…aha! ‘Now I remember!’ thought Camilla. ‘Mr. Stone threw some dust over us to get us to go to sleep! But…why?’
‘I need to tell Michael about this,’ thought Camilla. ‘He might know what to do, since he apparently got abducted by aliens.’ She hurried over to Michael, who’d just woken up from his doze.
“Why am I at school?” he said, confused.
“Uh…well…Mr. Stone threw some dust over us in the middle of a lesson, making us all fall asleep, and now I’m trying to find out why.” replied Camilla impatiently.
“It’s obvious! Mr. Stone wants to get revenge on one of us because we did something to annoy him!” exlaimed Michael.
‘I haven’t ever done anything wrong in my life! Apart from…no! It couldn’t be! It couldn’t be him!’ thought Camilla.
“It has to be. It has to be the evil chemist.” whispered Camilla.
